Crab and Hatch Green Chile Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb. lump crab meat
3/4 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Roasted Green Chile, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup shallot, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. Green Chile Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a bowl, add the crabmeat, green chile, mayo, garlic, shallots, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder and cayenne. Stir to combine
Place the dip in an baking dish and spread in an even layer
Drizzle with the olive oil and bake until hot and bubbly with a golden brown top, about 15 minutes
Remove from oven and serve with Lil Kristi’s Tortilla Chips
