Truffle Fries
Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes
1 Tbsp. Black Truffle Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
1 tsp. Black Truffle Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475 degrees
Cut potatoes into slices and then into thin equal strips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Place potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer
Bake 15 minutes on lowest rack, flip and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until golden brown
Toss hot fries in truffle oil, add grated parmesan and parsley, finish with black truffle salt
