Chicken Enchilada Dip
Ingredients:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 jar Fresh Chile Co. Hatch Red and Green Chile Sauce
4 oz. Santa Fe Seasons Hatch Green Chile
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, red and green chile sauce, green chile, cumin, and chili powder
Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir until well combined
Add chicken, mozzarella, and 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
Pour into a cast iron skillet and bake until heated through and bubbly, about 20 minutes
Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted
Serve with Lil Kristi’s Tortilla Chips
