Lavender and Lemon Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1/2 cup dark cherry juice
6 oz. fresh raspberries
zest of one lemon
1 tsp. Frolicking Deer Culinary Lavender
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer
Stir often and simmer uncovered about 40 minutes, until cranberries burst and sauce has thickened
