Best Online Ground Pork And Green Chile Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 lb. ground pork
1 onion, diced
1/2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. flour
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile
4 cups chicken stock
Directions:
Add canola oil to a Dutch oven over medium-high heat
Add pork, onion, garlic and cumin.
Cook, breaking up pork with a spoon 6-7 minutes, until pork is browned and cooked through
Sprinkle with flour and cook 2-3 minutes, until browned. Season with salt and pepper
Add tomatoes and green chile. Stir in chicken stock and bring to a boil
Lower heat to a simmer, cover and cook 50-60 minutes, or until stew reaches your desired thickness
Serve with warm tortillas
