Green Chile Honey Mustard Salmon

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups La Posta de Mesilla Hatch Green Chile Honey Mustard
2 lb. side of salmon, boneless and skinless
1 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped

Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. You could also grill over medium-high heat.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Mist the foil with cooking spray.
Lay salmon on top of the foil and spoon honey mustard on top to evenly coat.
Fold the sides of the aluminum foil up and over salmon until it is completely enclosed
Bake 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
Set oven to broil and pull back the foil to uncover the salmon.
Broil 2-3 minutes until sauce is caramelized. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
