Chimayo Chile Fudge

Ingredients:
2-10oz bags of dark chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 Tbsp. Chimayo Red Chile Powder
1 cup pecan pieces

Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl, pour in chocolate, condensed milk and chile powder
Microwave on high 2 minutes, until melted
Remove and stir until smooth and creamy. Add pecans and stir
Pour into a baking dish and smooth to an even layer. Refrigerate 3-4 hours
Once hardened, cut into squares and enjoy
