Hatch Hot Honey Butter Corn

Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cup milk
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup Fresh Chile Co. Hatch Hot Honey
1 tsp. Los Chileros Crushed Chile Pequin
1 tsp. kosher salt
6 ears corn, shucked and halved

Directions:
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add milk, butter, honey, chile pequin and salt.
Carefully add the corn and reduce heat to medium.
Boil the corn for 8 minutes.
Remove from the butter bath and serve immediately.
