Hatch Green Chile & Cheese Wonton Cups
Ingredients:
24 wonton wrappers
1 1/2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded
6 oz. cream cheese, room temp
1 cup canned corn, drained
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile, drained
1/2 tsp. garlic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and garlic
Add green chile and corn, stir to combine
Lightly grease a muffin pan and place one wonton wrapper on each cup
Spray lightly with cooking spray and spoon 2 tablespoons of filling into each wrapper
Bake 20-25 minutes until brown and crispy
Serve warm
