Hatch Green Chile and Lime Wings
Ingredients:
1 cup Pure Hatch Green Chile
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2.5 lbs. chicken wings
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except wings in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Place wings in a gallon ziplock bag and add marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
Heat grill to 400 degrees F.
Remove wings from the marinade and transfer the marinade to a saucepan.
Bring the marinade to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Grill the wings for about 30 minutes, flipping and basting with marinade every 5 minutes.
Cook wings to an internal temperature of 175 degrees F.
