Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbs de Provence
Ingredients:
1 rack of lamb cut into chops
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. Frolicking Deer Herbs de Provence
Directions:
Arrange chops in a shallow baking dish
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, herbs de Provence, salt and pepper in a small bowl and stir to combine
Pour half the mixture over the lamb chops and marinate at least 30 minutes
Set up grill for direct heat and preheat to high
Arrange lamb chops on the grill and cook 4 minutes per side, basting frequently with reserved marinade
When done, remove from grill and sprinkle additional herbs de Provence
Serve immediately with lemon wedges
