Chimayo Turkey Chili
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet Desert Gardens Taco and Burrito Seasoning
1 jar Hatch Red Chile Colorado Sauce
3 cups chicken sock
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
garnishes:
cheddar/jack cheese blend
green onion, sliced
Directions:
In a large soup pot, brown turkey with onion until nearly cooked through
Add garlic, taco seasoning and red chile sauce and cook until heated through
Add chicken stock and beans and simmer, uncovered about 30 minutes on low heat
Serve in bowls with shredded cheese and green onion
