Chile Chicken Verde with White Beans

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic gloves, minced
1 jar Pure Hatch Green Chile Sauce
1/ 2 cup Santa Fe Ole Roasted Hatch Green Chile
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup El Pinto Hatch Chile Verde
1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
2 15 oz. can navy beans, with liquid
2 cups roasted chicken, chopped
limes wedges and tortilla chips for garnish

Directions:
In a large stock pot, add cooking oil, onions and garlic
Sauté for about 3 minutes on medium high heat until onions are translucent
Add green chile sauce, roasted green chile, salsa verde, chicken stock, cilantro, navy beans and chicken
Stir to combine and cook til heated through, about 15 minutes
Serve in bowls with chopped cilantro to garnish
